Warranties
Equipment sold by Lovett & Tharpe but manufactured by entities other
than Lovett & Tharpe is not warranted or guaranteed in any manner by
Lovett & Tharpe. Purchasers agree to look solely to the actual manufacturer
thereof with respect to any warranty or guarantee offered by the actual
manufacturer. Lovett & Tharpe will assist its customers in the
filing of any warranty claims and requests for reimbursement.
Returns
No merchandise is to be returned without prior approval. All returns
must be shipped prepaid and in new and saleable condition, and will incur a
20% restocking charge unless the return is the result of a product defect or
shipping error caused by Lovett & Tharpe. Requests for returns must
be made within 30 days of receipt.
Credit
Lovett & Tharpe will ship products on an open account basis to credit
approved customers only. All other shipments will be C.O.D.
Payment terms vary according to products ordered, and should be confirmed at
the time the order is placed.
Cash discounts will be allowed only if the payment is postmarked by the
discount date.
Shipping
Claims for damages or shortages associated with goods shipped by commercial
carrier should be filed with the carrier.
Items shipped by Lovett & Tharpe truck will be shipped as quickly as
possible; however, Lovett & Tharpe cannot guarantee a delivery date as
truck routes are determined on the basis of orders on hand. There is a
minimal charge for this service. Please inquire when placing an order.
